This place is a joke when it comes to customer service! I reached out to get multiple quotes from Kristen and both my emails and phone call messages never get responded to. But they will spam you with multiple generic emails and text messages! Don't deal with these people!

Edward (Eddie), is awesome! He gave me a few things to consider, explaining all in great detail. I am not one to understand much about insurance, but he made me understand it using “real talk”, which helped a LOT! You can tell he is a person who truly invests his time towards we as consumers, by helping us to understand what we need, and what we should have if applicable. Talk to Eddie, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Eddie!

Our insurance agent Ashley is the best of the best! She is always available to answer our questions and resolve issues quickly with our many policy updates over the years. Even if it's a last minute phone call or a small billing question, she is so helpful and knowledgeable. It's been really nice to have the same agent over the years, and we are so happy it's Ashley!

🗽 is my first car insurance. I can’t say I think it’s good company but I know it is a good company. But what makes a good company? The answer is people. What do the people? The take care of the customers. I know some of are doing theirs jobs and stuff but there are some who are doing more than their jobs you know why ? The ways they explain you everything, what’s best for you, they give all the best advice and advantages that you would need to save money. Edward Kinyanjui is a useful, helpful and nice member for this company. He helps a lot of people in theirs processes and stuff.he appreciate people because he wants to help. Even he doesn’t understand you but he tries to. Thanks so much Edward. I’m glad this company got you .
